  I love doing all my shopping here and the employees are great, very helpful and understanding, they go out of their way to help you even at closing time.

  Ordered tires for my camper. Was told it could take up to two weeks. Two weeks and two days passed. I stopped at the tire desk to see if they were in. I handed the employee my paperwork and he went to the store room. He came out with all four tires. I asked how long they had been in and he did not know. He said that he found them on the shelf. Good customer service would have called the customer that had paid for merchandise so that it would not be sold to someone else. Due to poor customer service, I went somewhere else to have the tires mounted. This mistake may have cost them my future business.
